Connelly Electric partnered with Golub & Company and Walsh Construction to develop and construct the condominium and retail conversion of the historical, 34-story Tribune Tower, located in the heart of Downtown Chicago, situated just off the Chicago River and the famous Magnificent Mile.
Maintaining the Gothic style of this 1925 building, the luxurious new Tribune Tower Residences include 162 units, with 56 different floor plans, ranging between 1 and 4 bedrooms, and anywhere from 1,600 SF to over 4,000 SF. The building also has 48,000 SF of retail space, 55,000 SF of amenities, and parking for up to 250 vehicles. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a sundeck, a seventh-floor outdoor terrace with grilling stations, a private dog walk, a resident lounge on the third floor, and a second-floor 7,000 SF fitness center and spa.
