University of Chicago Mitchell Revitalization Project
Connelly Electric worked with Berglund Construction and Anderson Mikos Architects to revitalize a 35-year-old inpatient hospital to help promote safety and improve the efficiency of patient care with updated technology supported by necessary infrastructure improvements. The project scope included the renovation of 210 patient rooms, minor renovation of some core spaces, an IT upgrade for nurse call, telemetry, clinical communication, basic IT infrastructure, and selective MEP upgrades and improvements. All work was accomplished in phases while the Hospital continued to operate.
