How We Use Trimble Robotic Total Stations

Trimble Robotic Total Stations are highly sophisticated tools used in construction for precise layout, data collection, and design solutions. Connelly Electric's use of Trimble Total Stations promotes better project management and helps ensure projects are accurate, productive, and efficient.

Superior Results Start with BIM

Efficiency in construction takes extensive planning and understanding of the process, timeline, and procedures involved. Connelly Electric utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) to help streamline the construction process.

What is BIM?

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the process of creating and managing building data, schematics, timelines, and procedures for construction projects. We use 3D modeling of the electrical infrastructure to enhance the planning process and provide attention to detail in the projects design. BIM helps coordinate and develop the construction process, maintaining a single-source model for the building’s designers, construction crews, and the building management team.

How Connelly Electric Uses Augmented Reality

Augmented Reality (AR), one of the most exciting developments in industry technology, allows us to bring BIM models to life on the construction site and in our prefabrication department. AR enhances the construction process by helping improve design visualization, increase accuracy, and facilitate better communication and collaboration. We deploy it in an effort to achieve more efficient project execution, fewer errors, improved safety, and greater quality assurance.
