Connelly Electric worked with the Clark Construction Group and Myefski Architects to construct this premier 250,000 SF Senior Living facility with 174 units, located in Oak Park, Illinois. Located on the corner of Madison Street and South Oak Park Avenue, this new facility features independent, assisted, and memory care living spaces. The seven-story building includes amenities such as private dining rooms, outdoor private and public terraces, fitness studios, a salon, and library.
