Connelly Electric worked with Walsh Construction and SAS Architects and Planners on this expansion. This new expansion features 350,000 SF of independent living within two new five-story structures. The expansion also includes a single-story commons center to cater to the new 163 independent living apartments. This expansion was part of a multi-phase redevelopment. Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness and aquatic center, salon, casual dining venue, café seating, multipurpose room, living room, and new lobby.
