As both the electrical contractor and Professional Engineer of Record, Connelly Electric played a key role in this innovative design/build project, demonstrating our expertise in engineering and execution. Our unique involvement allowed us to incorporate advanced electrical solutions from concept to completion, helping ensure the electrical infrastructure of Coppia seamlessly aligned with Pizzuti Development's vision for luxury living in Chicago's West Loop. 

In collaboration with Pizzuti Development, Power Construction, Goettsch Partners, and Gensler, Connelly Electric's design/build approach helped ensure the integration of electrical systems throughout the 19-story, 298-unit residential community, including the lobby, fitness center, co-working spaces, and premier outdoor pool deck.
