Alta Roosevelt

Connelly Electric worked with Walsh construction on a 33 story, 496-unit residential apartment tower in the South Loop, just south of Polk Street in downtown Chicago.  The building includes 340 parking spaces and amenities include a bar, game room, two lane bowling alley, fitness center, outdoor pool, and spa. The high rise was designed and constructed to achieve LEED certification.

Benefits Delivered: 

• Value engineering was used with the lighting package to help keep the lighting on budget for this project.
• Prefabrication of deck conduits and box for each floor
