New City Development

Connelly Electric worked with Structured Development and Power Construction to develop and construct NEW CITY, a 9 acre mixed-use development with 1 million square feet of commercial and residential space. The site includes a 7 story, 1,000-space parking facility, and 3 multi-story buildings consisting of commercial and retail units. Connelly Electric’s Project Management and Engineering Teams utilized BIM Coordination and Trimble Layouts to facilitate the 2 year, rapidly paced construction of the project.

• CCIP Project with 0 recordable injuries over the span of a 2 year project with over 58,000 man hours
• Scope of work increased by over 50%, yet all work was completed by the original completion date
