Valent BioSciences

Connelly worked with Leopardo Companies and Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, Inc. on a 22,000 SF office and laboratory expansion for Valent BioSciences. Valent BioSciences is a global leader in the development of technologies and products for agriculture, public health, and forest health. The project included 4 new labs and an open office area expanding their existing facilities.

• Prefabrication included racks for conduits, wiring devices, device cord drops, equipment cord drops, and numerous wire mold assemblies 
• 11-month project with zero recordable injuries with over 6,600 hours worked
