On-site Pre-Fabrication Facility

Connelly Electric’s 15,000 sq. ft. on-site, electrical pre-fabrication facility enables various components of our electrical installation to be assembled in-house prior to delivery, resulting in labor savings, reduced material handling, and increased productivity on the job site. Modular (or prefabricated) construction is a cost efficient approach that Connelly Electric can offer.

Pre-Fab Materials 

Electrical pre-fab assemblies include outlet boxes, conduit bends for power and low voltage applications, temporary power units, precut cables, devices, unistrut racks for conduit runs, industrial and commercial raceway assemblies, wire bundling, raceway supports, panelboard/transformers, duct banks, and multi-conduit & multi-trade racks. Pre-fabrication makes the supply chain easier by reducing the number of shipments, storage requirements, and staging of materials on the job site. This reduces the amount of material that needs to be moved, or disposed of, resulting in a much safer and efficient job site.
